Hodge Podge is where you'll be able to get a behind the scenes tour of what it takes to produce my animated videos. Here I'll give you a look at the hows, whys, and so on regarding my animation work.
How Was This Done?
Here is an animation I did years ago. How was it created? What tool did I use? Adobe Flash? Animated gif? Take a look and see if you can figure it out. Notice the timing. The twinkling stars. The wind blown coat tail. The blinking eye. The timing is all different. So how was it created? Take a guess and then click on the image to see if you're correct.
Rough Drafts
Testing a greyhound animation for a mini-story I'm working on. This is one of my studies in getting the run cycle figured out. Quick sketches and testing to see where I need to adjust it. That's part of the fun of animation. As well as part of the hard work required to produce these hand drawn movies.
Experimentation
Here is another study for the greyhound run. Here I was attempting to find another type of run cycle. One with a more humorous look and feel to it.
